American Audio SDJ2

The American Audio sdj 2 is a complete dj package with a Mixer and dual deck players all in a single, compact, and very portable unit.

The revolutionary sd card / usb media players come in the familiar Dual cd deck format. With two jog wheels, standard play, pause, pitch, cue and loop functions - operation is identical to that of a traditional dual cd deck, however, all your music is played back from sd cards or usb memory stick, usb hard drive or even Mp3 player. The unit has two cd card inputs, each deck can be assigned to playback from any of those two card slots. You can even play two tracks from the same card if required!

Each slot takes an sd card up to 4g, meaning you can have 100s of mp3 tracks at your finger tips. By its very nature, the sd cards provide instant access to your music and id3 tag information. The Title, Artist, Album etc. (id-tag) are clearly displayed on each of the decks lcd screens. Placed in the centre of the unit is a 2-channel dj mixer, with crossfader and 2 band eq for sound shaping. The mixer even has a mic input to add to it's versatility.

This convenient and simple dj console means there's no need to change your style of Djing. With all the advanced features of modern cd players, you can mix and manipulate tracks the same way you would with a cd or mp3 disc, except for one big difference - you won't have to carry around any hard drives, laptops, mp3 players or other external devices.
